If you're
looking for adventure then canyoneering is for you! You could find yourself
hiking, boulder hopping, wading, swimming, water-sliding, cliff jumping &
rappelling through a deep gorge. It's impossible to adequately describe a day
of canyoneering but a guest recently did a pretty good job ''its real adventure
but just about anyone can do it!''
Each
canyon is different – some are incredibly deep, some are insanely narrow, some
are both. They could be wet & wild, or they could be dry & serene – some are
both, depending on the time of year. 360 Adventures holds more permits for more
canyons than any other company in the Southwest and our guides have done them
all. Travel with a professional.

Activity Level
Canyoneering participants should have a good base level of fitness, be able to
hike at least 2 miles and be able to swim. This adventure is appropriate
for participants 12+.
What to
Wear
Due to the
dramatic inconsistency in seasonal & physical conditions from one canyon to
another your suggested attire will vary. In some conditions a wetsuit is
recommended or required (rentals available). Your footwear must be close
toed and sticky rubber & quick-drying are suggested. You could be swimming
so leather hiking boots are not recommended.

All
canyoneering tours are full day adventures, requiring early morning departures
from centralized rendezvous locations. Pick up is available for an additional
charge.
