There's no way to truly experience the awesome size and majestic beauty of the Grand Canyon than from the air! This airplane tour is up close and personal with the most beautiful parts the canyon has to offer and is perfect for those wanting an adventure mingled with education. Frequent departures from the Grand Canyon National Park Airport makes this tour convenient for you. First, you will fly to the eastern part of the Canyon and then across Zuni Point. From there, you will pass through the Zuni Corridor, the Painted Desert, and the Navajo Indian Reservation.
From that point you will make a gentle turn, crossing Temple Butte and arriving at the North Rim in order to see the ever-impressive Kaibab Plateau and Kaibab National Forest. During the final leg of this trip, you'll head west towards Imperial Point, the highest point in the Canyon, finally passing over the widest part of the canyon - the Dragon Corridor. Departure times vary according to tour session and time. The check-in and meeting location is our heliport. It's located conveniently at the Grand Canyon Airport with our own parking area. Clients arrive at heliport for check-in 30 minutes prior to departure.
