Phoenix City Tour

This is an excellent tour for those new in town and need to find their way around. This experience will give you a great impression of what Phoenix is like, also called ''The Valley of the Sun.''
We start off by showing you old town Scottsdale, which is home of many fine restaurants, shops and galleries. You'll also have the chance to see Paradise Valley, downtown Phoenix, the State Capital Building with its stunning copper dome, the USS Arizona Memorial, and the world-renowned Chase Field. At one point you will see the famous Biltmore Resort and Estates. The guides will inform you about why the building exist and hear their unique histories.
The huge city of Phoenix sprang from just a handful of farmers some 140 years ago. Sometime along the tour, your guide will take you up Camelback or Mummy Mountains for a view of what those pioneers started. The pioneers were not the first people to farm along the Salt River. A tribe called the Hohokams was the first group to farm the area. Perhaps as many as 100,000 Hohokam flourished in the Sonoran Desert before they vanished in 1450 A.D. They left a vast wealth of mystery and ruins for visitors to experience and speculate about. One of those ruins is Pueblo Grande, which is located right here in Phoenix. We will make a stop there, and you can soak up the surroundings of the area.
