On the Rock Climbing from Sedona Tour, you will be privileged to see some of Arizona's most outstanding beauty. After departing your accommodations in Sedona, you get the unique opportunity to enjoy a back country drive up the Mogollon Rim and through the Coconino National Forest. It's such a special thing to witness when the landscape transitions from desert to beautiful pine forest. Have your cameras ready because it happens fast, and you won't want to miss it. Shortly after that we'll reach our climbing site. Nestled into a quiet limestone canyon, this site features diverse vegetation and safe, high quality rock.
At the site an important 30 minute ground training class will be given to prepare you for the adventure. Next you'll enjoy the sweet solitude of nature as you climb this magnificent canyon wall. The precious sounds of the wind through the canyon grace your ears and perhaps songs from the native birds as well. Climbs of all heights and difficulty levels will be offered to cater to your abilities and preferences. Next our excellent tour guides will take you on a short hike to the top of the canyon rendering you the opportunity to take many outstanding photos. You may also hike up there just to experience the incredible breathtaking view of one of Arizona's most beautiful pine forests. Finally when you've had all the fun and adventure you can handle, we'll head for home and arrive back in Sedona around 6pm. We understand that you may not wish to combine your group with others on this excursion. We also understand that you may wish to explore other locations and options for your rock climbing trip. If you'd like, we do offer other private rock climbing adventures that can be arranged seven days per week. We frequently guide personal tours for your convenience and they are each as enjoyable as the next.
