hiking participants should have a good base level of fitness and be able to hike
at least 10 miles. This adventure is appropriate for participants 12+.
What to
Wear
Due to the
dramatic difference in seasonal & physical conditions from one location to
another your suggested attire will vary. Dress in layers to accommodate
changing weather & temperatures. Footwear should be close-toed & sturdy
enough to handle uneven & rocky terrain; trail hikers, hiking boots & athletic
shoes are appropriate. For more details please
