The Grand Canyon is one of the most beautiful sites on the planet. It also happens to be full of adventure! Early in the morning we'll depart the Hualapai Lodge and take an hour drive down Diamond Creek road to the launch site. This is a particularly special road as it is the only one of its kind that takes you from the top of the Grand Canyon to the bottom. At the end of course, lies Diamond Creek and it is here that your rafting journey begins. Almost immediately after launching the first encounter with rapids occurs. This will give you a taste of what's ahead. The rafting excursion is 37 miles in length and it will be blast from beginning to end. Next you'll pull over on the side of the canyon to begin a relatively pleasant hike to Travertine Falls. Back in the water at this point for the highlight of the adventure, a caldera! The water disappears from the horizon below towering canyon walls into the boulder choked chute of solid white water.
