Tomcar Crown King Adventure

One of our most adventurous tours is the Tomcar Adventure Crown King Tour. In this spectacular excursion you get the unique opportunity to get behind the wheel of a vehicle so exclusive that it was originally built for use by the military special operations unit. The tomcar is an incredibly comfortable ride that tackles even the toughest terrain with ease. When you drive through rivers, creeks, rugged Sonoran Desert terrain, ascents, and descents you'll understand exactly why a tomcar is preferred to get around in New River, Arizona. The area is home to a plethora of majestic wildlife and plant life. The landscape is riddled with beauty and outstanding scenery.
Also on the tour will be a stop at the Ghost Town of Tip Top! Here you'll explore fascinating silver mine. This old mine was operated on and off from 1875 to 1937. Also here, in the old brewery we'll serve a tasty box lunch. After we've eaten the tour of the location begins. Walk through many of the old buildings and attractions of this once prominent mine. Combined with the exceptional landscape throughout the trip, the mine is a photographers dream. The adventure will provide those who are fortunate enough to enjoy it, memories that they'll treasure forever. Come see for yourself how fun it can be to tackle the desert of New River, Arizona in a military special ops vehicle. - 2 hour lunch stop that includes a meal voucher for $15
- Experience the mystery and history of the Sonoran Desert on low impact, comfortable guided tour
- Stop along the way to explore and enjoy incredible views of the rugged and beautiful landscape, turquoise mines, Indian ruins, and a Ghost Town
- Although you travel in a convoy, we never mix parties...your party will get their own vehicle(s) and you can share the driving among your own party as well
- Take home a souvenir bandanna and a photo disc containing a picture from your tour
- Movies are taken as well and you can purchase those separately

Good physical health recommended. Shouldn't participate if pregnant or recently out of surgery.
What to Wear
Comfortable clothes. Please dress for the weather. We recommend hats, sunglasses, closed toed shoes, long pants, sun block and a camera.
Tour Notes
- Drivers must be 18 and have a valid driver's license, passengers under 18 need to have a waiver signed by a guardian
- Deposit of $1,000 to be held on credit card for damage deductible
- Group maximum is 20 people
- There is some optional, very light hiking/climbing and you will get dusty
